Thank you for shopping at CRASH OFFICIAL. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us.
